  1. Product Information
    1. 1.1 – We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on purchase.
    2. 1.2 – All sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
    3. 1.3 – We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct.
    4. 1.4 – All products shown on the website are subject to availability.
    5. 1.5 – A products within retail outlets are subject to availability. This is the responsibility of the individual stockist you visit. .
  2. A. Purchase of Products from a Retailer
    1. 2.1A – Any contract of purchase is between you and the stockist, not Dog Adorers.
    2. 2.2A – If you wish for a product to be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the stockist you made your purchase from.
    3. 2.3A – In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the quality of any product in the Dog Adorers range, please contact the stockist you made your original purchase from.
    4. 2.4A – Dog Adorers will only enter into correspondence with those who have purchased products direct from us and not from a stockist.
    5. B. Purchase of Products via dogadorers.co.uk
    6. 2.1B – When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement of your order. Our acceptance of an order will take place at the point of payment, at which point the purchase contract will be made.
    7. 2.2B – Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will be applied at the point of payment and confirmed on the order confirmation email. Discounts will not be applied at a later date.
    8. 2.3B – If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

    11. 2.6B – Dog Adorers will only enter into correspondence with those who have purchased products direct from www.dogadorers.co.uk and not from a stockist.
    12. 2.7B – Our site uses a secure online facility for payment provided by Streamline / World Pay. You can use the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards. We will not accept any credit cards which are due to expire within five days.
    13. 2.8B – If you order via an online facility you have the legal right to cancel your order (if undespatched).
    14. 2.9B – You may also return your goods. Please see the Returns page of the website for further details.
    15. 2.10B – It takes about 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund will be placed into the account/card that you placed the original order with. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Please see the Returns page for more details.
    16. 2.11B – We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Our liability will be limited to the value of the order placed as long as it is non-fraudulent.
    17. 2.12B – The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  3. Use of Products
    1. 3.1 – All Dog Adorers products are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months due to small parts.
    2. 3.2 – All Dog Adorers products are not suitable for use by children without the supervision of an adult.
    3. 3.3 – All Dog Adorers products are for use with small to medium sized dogs only.
    4. 3.4 – The Ankle Anchor must not be used whilst walking.
    5. 3.5 – All Dog Adorers products must be used in a sensible way with due caution at all times.
    6. 3.6 – Dog Adorers will not accept liability or responsibility for any injuries caused whilst using any of our products. If the product have proved to be faulty, please contact the stockist you made your original purchase from in the first instance. Any such case will be reviewed on merit in conjunction with the stockist.
    7. 3.7 – All Dog Adorers products have been tested and shown to be safe to use in appropriate circumstances.
    8. 3.8 – When using Dog Adorers products, common sense must be used at all times with regard to usage.
    9. 3.9 – When the plastic poo bags have been used, please dispose of in a sensible and responsible manner.

    2. 4.2 – We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
